Admission Process for Online School
Important Notes
- No cash/ demand draft will be accepted.
- Late fee charges of $10 per day
- E- Certificates will be provided at zero cost but for physical documents an additional of $50 need to be paid for delivery.
- An additional school fee will be applicable for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Annual full time payment can be paid in 1 time or 3 equal instalments where the registration amount is the 1st instalment with additional amount for learning kit.
- Transfer certificate/ School leaving certificate will be issued by the school on request.
- Additional charges applicable for physical Cambridge examination centres is to be paid.
- All the payment must be paid online in our shared payment link and an invoice will be shared for the same.
- No component of the fee is refundable.
- The fee structure of K12 Schools is governed by its rules, policies, terms and conditions.
Required Documents
- Valid birth certificate of the child
- Valid national identity card of parent/guardian and child (Aadhaar card or passport)
- Recent passport-sized color photographs of parent/guardian and child
- Previous year’s school progress reports or marks card (for admission in Grade II and above)
- Transfer certificate or migration certificate
- Any additional documents as required

The enrolment period is Open for Nursery to Grade 12 for the academic year 2024-25.
Admissions are based on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.
Minimum age requirements are specified for each grade level as of September 30th of the entry year.

After filling out the communication/admission form and attaching the required documents, you need to pay the fees. You will then receive your login credentials and the link for the orientation session via email. Finally, attend the orientation session.
