Admission Process Steps for Online School
- Talk to Counselor: The first step is to talk to a counselor who can guide you through the admission process, answer any questions you may have, and help you make informed decisions.
- Fill Communication Form: Once you have decided to enroll in the online school, you need to fill out a communication form to provide your personal information, contact details, and other relevant information.
- Select Subjects: The next step is to select the subjects you want to study. You can choose from a range of subjects based on your interests, career goals, and academic background.
- Submit Required Documents: To complete the admission process, you need to submit the required documents, which may include academic transcripts, certificates, ID proof, and other relevant documents. Make sure you provide all the documents accurately and in the prescribed format.
- Pay the Fees: After submitting the documents, you need to pay the fees for the online course. You can make the payment online using various modes of payment, such as credit/debit cards, net banking, or e-wallets.
- Get Admission Letter: Once your admission is confirmed, you will receive an admission letter from the online school. The letter will contain all the relevant details, such as your enrollment number, course details, and other important information. You can use this letter for further communication with the online school.

**for every class the above mentioned fee structure is for 5 subjects. For any additional subjects an amount of $900/ per subject.

**10% fee waver will be applicable for 1 time payment on Annual fee (Full-Time)
Important Notes
- No cash/ demand draft will be accepted.
- Late fee charges of $10 per day
- E- Certificates will be provided at zero cost but for physical documents an additional of $50 need to be paid for delivery.
- An additional school fee will be applicable for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Annual full time payment can be paid in 1 time or 3 equal instalments where the registration amount is the 1st instalment with additional amount for learning kit.
- Transfer certificate/ School leaving certificate will be issued by the school on request.
- Additional charges applicable for physical Cambridge examination centres is to be paid.
- All the payment must be paid online in our shared payment link and an invoice will be shared for the same.
- No component of the fee is refundable.
- The fee structure of K12 Schools is governed by its rules, policies, terms and conditions.
