  • Recruitment for all the requirements
  • Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
  • Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork

Position – Academic Counsellor

Introduction to Company given to candidate: CollegeDekho is an edtech company which helps in student counselling for higher education. It provides information about every college to students for their further studies, not only colleges in India but also in some foreign countries too.

Roles and responsibilities of Academic Counsellor( Read out to the candidate)

  • Once you join the company, you would be given training where you will be taught counselling skills, and internal technical systems.
  • Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students on the basis of knowledge imparted in training.
  • Counselling would involve form filling for admission in college to ultimate admission in partner college
  • You will have direct access to colleges and help in admission conversion process
  • Youwould also maintain a daily MIS of the number calls attended and walk-ins.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Primary content development work will be of well-explained solutions (in step-by-step manner) to unsolved end-chapter exercises in university textbooks.
2. Work will include reviewing of the content created by other SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality.
3. Good knowledge of the Subject.
